What a relaxing day!

I worked in the morning today. We set up the polariser on the neutron scattering experiment and did the measurements. The measurement is supposed to finish tomorrow morning. Tomorrow should be a day off. The experiment is going great. If we see something, I am proud of myself and I will be confident to do more this kind of experiment in the future. Keep experimenting with polarised neutron scattering is a great source of understanding better on neutron scattering.

In the afternoon, I went to a Japanese restaurant in Cronulla with my partner. It was great as always. We took a walk at the beach and town. I believe Cronulla is also developing fast. More restaurants and local shops are coming. I saw many people enjoying scenery and shopping. I saw the Jazz and Blues festivals, bands are playing in several locations in Cronulla. It was quite nice.

Then, we went to Miranda Westfield which is one of the closest shopping malls near our apartment. We just browsed the shops there and buy some tea for the night. We also went to another smaller shopping centre in Kirrawee to buy sweets and snacks to send my partner’s friend to Japan. The friend wants to have sweets and snacks she can’t get in Japan.

We are so tired by taking a long walk. We took a nap in the evening. It was a good relaxing day. I am very thankful for a nice day.
