It is Sunday. It is cloudy. I went to a vote for the 49th general election for the House of Representatives, Japan. I voted for the 2nd section of Fukuoka prefecture. The section is supposed to be a fierce battlefield. There are three candidates for one seat. I could not have enough time to dig in each candidate but all looks OK. But I chose one of them, hope I did the right choice. I will need to keep watching. Fukuoka is my home town, I hope we can solve our problems one by one. Democracy would take time, I hope the country become better one by one. Each decision matters, I understand that every time I vote.
After that, I bought some doughnuts and went home. The city is full of people. I think more people will come out soon. There are lines at shops. It will take some time but I think the economy in Australia will be better soon. I am still scared of the virus, on the other hand, I am happy to walk around the city after about 4 months of lockdown.
I wrote another blog post about a book I have been reading this morning in Japanese. The book is about something like “how to find what you want to do in your life”. I think the book is great. The key is to understand you better. The formula is
What you want to do = What you like × What you are good at
What you really want to do = What you value × What you like × What you are good at
The book has 90 questions in total to find yourself better. It is definitely a good book to understand yourself better and find out what you want to do in your life.
It seems more people are reading on researches on shares in English and these book reviews in Japanese. I am happy about it. I will keep doing it. Hopefully, I can write some more in Chinese. I learned Chinese in college for a year when I was young. Now I am learning after almost 20 years. I have been doing it for a year now but it is not going better. I regret that I should have done it earlier. Anyways, I do what I can do now.
